Calisthenics Equipment Installation in Accordance With EN 16630, EN 1176, and EN 1177
The topsoil is first excavated down to a stable subgrade, and concrete footings with frost-proof dimensions of 50 × 50 × 80 cm are poured.
1.
The posts are anchored to the concrete footings, and all equipment components are bolted together. Every centimeter must be measured precisely, as even small shifts can affect the required impact-attenuating surface.
2.
A compacted, load-bearing base layer of crushed stone or mineral mix (approximately 20–40 cm; 0–16 mm, 0–28 mm, or 0–32 mm) is installed.
A structural layer of crushed stone (20–40 cm; 0–16 mm, 0–28 mm, or 0–32 mm) is prepared. After compaction, a split-cement bonding layer or a bedding layer of crushed stone with 0–8 mm or 3–7 mm grain size is applied.
3.
Installation is carried out using edge and corner tiles (remove approximately 1 cm of bedding material beforehand).
4.
The tiles are laid with the same orientation of the 3D intermediate elements.
5.
Cutouts for the posts are made on site.
